HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 63 Relating to the membership                       
of the Republic of China on Taiwan in the United Nations, was read             
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 63 be advanced to third reading and                       
placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 63 was read the third time.                         
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 63                      
Relating to the membership of the Republic of China on Taiwan in               
the United Nations, pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the
